The Board of Management of the CMNC Inc is drawn from members of the CMNC Inc in the three Chapter areas. Each Chapter meets in a general meeting and elects its three representatives to become Directors on the Board of Management. These nine representatives are elected for a two year term of service.

Currently the Membership of the Board is:

        Great Lakes Chapter; Ms Leigh Vaughan, Mr John Davies & Mr Vincent Jensen

        Greater Taree Chapter; Mr Rob Stephens, Ms Elizabeth Berry & Ms Tanya Brown

        Port Macquarie Hastings Chapter; Mr Brian Corrigan, Ms Sheriden Sommerley & Mr Greg Cook
